Attention residents of Dunmore Road, Heatherton, Lower South River, Pomquet and St. Andrews.  The Central Antigonish Area Advisory Committee and County Council are considering adopting a Municipal Planning Strategy and Land Use By-law for the areas in and surrounding the communities of Dunmore Road, Heatherton, Lower South River, Pomquet and St. Andrews. This concerns all zoning and community planning issues in your area.
